Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from Edmonton Alberta, Canada.

Customers can select the shipping option preferred at checkout. 

Our main shipping partners are FedEx and Canada Post. Shipping options are offered depending on your region.  We do not offer untracked shipping options. 

In an effort to continue providing best service possible, we will be updating our carriers and shipping rates as new services become available. 

*Weight and Size Restrictions may apply – We reserve the right to request additional funds in the event that the cost of shipping is more than double the paid shipping rate.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, and Tariffs. 

We do our very best to process all orders within 24-48 hours (Business Days only, we currently do not process or ship orders on weekends or Statutory Holidays).  

*Student kits will be shipped once all contracts are signed, and all theory is complete.  Please see your student contract for more details.
