Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from Edmonton Alberta, Canada.

We do our best to ship all product orders within 2 business days.  Student kits will be shipped once all contracts are signed, and all theory is complete.  Please see your student contract for more details.

Our main shipping partners are FedEx and Canada Post. Shipping options are offered depending on your region.  We do not offer untracked shipping options. 

In an effort to continue providing best service possible, we will be updating our carriers and shipping rates as new services become available. 

We reserve the right to request additional funds in the event that the cost of shipping is more than double the paid shipping rate..
